An active learner is any member of staff who has been enrolled on at least one course in the current billing period. You can archive former employees at any time — they stop counting towards your learner limit immediately, and their records are retained.
Yes. You can upgrade to a higher plan at any time. Downgrades take effect at the next renewal date. There are no penalties or fees for changing plans.
No. There is no setup fee. We provision your branded instance within 48 hours of receiving your setup details — company name, logo, and brand colour. The first month of your subscription starts when your platform goes live.
Beta pricing is available until we announce a price increase. Once you subscribe at the beta price, that price is locked for 12 months from your start date — regardless of any future increases.
Yes. Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time with 30 days notice. Annual plans can be cancelled at the renewal date. There are no early termination fees.
No. Staff access their training through a unique link — no account creation, no email address required. This matters for cleaning businesses where most operatives use personal phones and personal email addresses, or none at all.
